This is a fluffy white frosting. It is sweet but not too sweet. It is light and airy as well. It’s a white chocolate whipped cream frosting that is stabilized so it won’t welt, shrink, or turn to a watery mess. It can be used to frost a layer cake or even added to a pie as a topping. It’s a great alternative to a meringue topping.
2 cups of heavy whipping cream
2 – 4 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
2 tablespoons Hershey’s instant white chocolate pudding mix
1-2 ounces finely grated white chocolate (optional)
Place heavy cream, confectioners’ sugar and pudding in a mixing bowl. Beat on high with a whisk attachment. Beat for about 5 minutes. Add the grated white chocolate.
