Recipe: Makes 6 (depending on size of moulds)

600ml Double Cream
150ml Whole Milk
135g Good quality White Chocolate (at least 30% cocoa)
25g Caster Sugar
4 Sheets Gelatine
1/2-1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Dariole Moulds or ramekins
