Ingredienti per la Madeira (per 2 stampi da 18 cm):
• 200 g di burro a temperatura ambiente
• 200 g di zucchero
• 4 uova
• 60 g di latte
• 180 g di farina 00
• 70 g di cacao amaro
• 13 g di lievito per dolci
• 1 pizzico di sale
Per la ganache:
• 400 g di cioccolato fondente
• 100 g di burro
• 200 ml di panna fresca per dolci
• 150 g di Nutella

A completare:
• granella di nocciole
• 5 Ferrero Rocher

INGREDIENTS for the Madeira (for two 18 cm baking tins):
• 200 gr of butter – room temperature
• 200 gr of sugar
• 4 eggs
• 60 gr of milk
• 180 gr of all purpose flour
• 70 gr of cocoa powder
• 13 gr of baking powder
• 1 pinch of salt

For the ganache:
• 400 gr of dark chocolate
• 100 gr of butter
• 200 ml of fresh cream
• 150 gr of Nutella

For the topping:
• chopped hazelnuts
• 5 Ferrero Rochers
