Hello Christina Land folks!

Tonight, I had a sweet craving, and satisfied that with a fall apple dessert!

How to make:
1 apple…or more..depending on how many people you are serving
1 1/4 cup of water
ground cinnamon
pumpkin spice

Bring water to a sizzle and add apples, close with lid. When the water boils, take off lid and stir the apples and lower the heat. Add the lid again and then repeat until apples are soft!
Simply drain the apples, sprinkle some cinnamon and pumpkin spice and enjoy your healthy and warm dessert!
