⇢ RECIPES
BLUEBERRY MOUSSE
‣ 1 cup whipping cream
‣ 1 cup blueberry Arla quark (optional flavour)
‣ 3 tbsp lemon curd (optional)

HOW TO:
Whip the cream until soft peak.
Fold in cream with quark, add curd if wanted.
Serve with toppings of choice.

FRUIT PIZZA
‣ 3 dl flour
‣ 1 tsp baking powder
‣ 1 tsp sugar
‣ 1/2 tsp salt
‣ 25 g room tempered butter
‣ 1.5 dl Arla mild quark
‣ 1 egg

‣ 10 strawberries (halved)
‣ 2 kiwis (cut in eights)
‣ 1 banana (sliced)
‣ 100 g shaved white chocolate
‣ chocolate spread
‣ mint

HOW TO:
Preheat oven with a baking sheet to 250° C.
Mix all dry ingredients. Add butter and mix until crumbled.
Add quark and an 1, knead by hand or with machine until dough is soft and smooth, it should be a bit moist so dust with a little flour before forming the dough.
Thoroughly dust a parchment paper with flour. Flatten the dough with your fingers untel about 30 cm in diameter. Bake in oven for about 5-10 minutes.

Prepare the toppings and add everything except mint (save a bit of white chocolate) on to pizza after it’s baked. Pop in to the oven for 5 minutes and then it’s ready to serve.
