145 mls milk
7 grams dry active yeast or 12 grams fresh yeast
500 grams plain flour with protein percentage at 10 or above. “00” flour
80 grams butter
70 grams caster
1 tsp vanilla essence or zest of one orange ..OPTIONAL..
Nutella to fill
icing sugar to dust over
