1 cup mango pulp
1 ltrs milk
3/4 cup vermicelli
1 tbsp ghee
3/4 tsp cardamom powder
6 tbsp sugar
Almond and pistachio flakes
Mango pieces for garnish
– Heat some ghee and then roast the vermicelli and once color changes add milk to it and let it boil
– Add sugar and turn off the flame and add cardamom powder & add mango pulp
– Refrigerate the kheer and serve in bowl and garnish it with almond flakes, pistachio flakes & Mango pieces.
