Low Calorie Dessert Recipe: Cottage Cheese, Pudding Mix & Cool Whip

In this video, Kevin is making a low calorie recipe using only three ingredients: cottage cheese, pudding mix and Cool Whip. After preparation, store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
* The Cottage Cheese is 16 ounces, small curd, 2% milkfat.
* The pudding mix is 1.5 ounces (42 grams), sugar free, instant pudding. I chose chocolate, but you can use any flavor.
* The Cool Whip is 8 ounces and “Lite”.
The total for all three items is 980 calories. You can split these calories up any way you choose. We chose to split the mixture evenly between five, 1-cup bowls, which made them about 190 calories each.
