How to Prepare Phirni Recipe | Indian Dessert Recipe | Rice and Milk Pudding
Rice – 1/3 cup, soaked for over night,
Milk – 2 litre,
Condensed milk – 200g,
Sugar – 1 cup,
Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp,
Cashew and Raisin as per requirement,
Blend the rice first.
Heat the milk in a pan when it started boiling put rice, cook it for 2 minutes.
Add cashew and raisin then add sugar and cook it for 3-4 minutes in medium flame.
Add condensed milk into it mix well then add cardamom powder and again mix it for 2 minutes.
Turn off the flame cool it down then serve.
