How to make vanilla cupcakes with chocolate ganache frosting

A delicious recipe for light and fluffy vanilla cupcakes topped with, chocolate ganache. A perfect topping for cupcakes or cake decorating.

Recipe:
250g Plain Flour
250g Margarine
250g Caster sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tsp of Baking powder
4 Eggs

Method:

Mix all ingredients together and pour into individual cupcake cases using an ice-cream scoop or 2 spoons for even amounts of mixture.

Bake at 180c for 30 mins or until golden brown.

wait to cool and ice with your choice of frosting!
