for the crust (base) :
125 grams of ground cookies
100-130 grams of melted butter
20 grams of sweetened flaked coconuts

for the filing :
250 ml of heavy cream
1+1/2 tablespoons of pudding mix
20 grams of sweetened flaked coconuts
4-5 tablespoons of powdered sugar
