Summer has arrived and it is time to feel refreshed with some mind blowing summer drinks. One of the simplest recipes of coolers is BANANA LASSI. Banana lassi is a healthy Indian / Nepali smoothie made with fresh Banana and yogurt.
There are two kind of BANANA LASSI:
1st one is spicy BANANA LASSI
2nd one is sweet BANANA LASSI
In our video we showed the combination of sweet and spicy BANANA LASSI.
This BANANA LASSI tastes really good. Try this BANANA LASSI recipe and you will enjoy the goodness of it.
2 cups fresh yogurt
250 ml Cold water
1/2 cup powdered sugar or more – as per taste
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 tsp Black salt
2 tsp Crushed Nuts (almonds, pistachios & cashews)
Few ice cubes (optional)
1/4 tsp Roasted Cumin seeds Powder
Some mint leaves to garnish
