How To: Chocolate Ganache Cake

{French Meringue}
-4 egg whites
-2.5 oz white sugar

{Chocolate Mousse}
-4 egg yolks
=1.5 oz white sugar

-3 oz Melted Butter
-1.5 oz white sugar
-1 oz cake flour
-0.5 oz Cocoa Powder
-0.5 oz French Vanilla Instant Coffee Mix

—–Chocolate Ganache & Glazing Ganache-recipes coming soon!

-Bake for 15-20 mins. for 350°
-Let cool 30-40 minsl. before adding Chocolate Ganache
-Refrigerate overnight so Chocolate Ganache cools & hardens.
-Add Glazing Ganache
-Refrigerate for another 4 hours.
-Decorate as you wish!
