Hey guys! Happy official holiday season!!! I am so excited to share this healthy holiday treat with you guys! In the video, I show you how to make a healthier version of my favorite holiday dessert – 7 layer bars aka magic cookie bars. With just a few simple, whole food ingredients, you can whip up these decadent, creamy, delicious bars! They are fairly easy to make, can easily be made vegan, and are free from refined flour and (minus the chocolate chips) refined sugar!

RECIPE! (in order shown)
1 can full-fat coconut milk
1/2 cup honey
1 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 tsp cinnamon
5 dates (pitted)
1 1/2 tbsp almond milk
3/4 cup pecans
3/4 cup enjoy life chocolate chips
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1 cup honey/coconut milk mixture (there will be some leftover)
*to make these bars vegan, sub agave nectar for honey
