Cookies & Cream Layer Cake //

Chocolate Strawberry Skewers //
dip strawberries (full of vitamin C & boost immune system) in dark chocolate (full of antioxidants that fight against free radicals) roll in nuts, coconut flakes (healthy fats) or dark chocolate

Baked Banana //
cut banana (full of potassium which aids in muscle recovery) and fill with 1 tbs almond butter (healthy fats, supports brain health) sprinkle with cinnamon (levels blood sugar) and bake at 350 for 15 mins

Chocolate Chip Cookies //
mix 1 cup almond meal (healthy fats) 1/4 cup melted coconut oil (more healthy fats good for energy & brain function) 1/4 tsp baking soda, salt, 1 tbs almond milk, 1/4 cup dairy free or dark chocolate chips, 1 tbs honey (natural sweetener, good for energy) 1 tsp vanilla extract. bake at 350 for 12 mins

Berry Delicious Fruit Jars //
1/4 cup coconut flour (high fiber) 1/2 cup almond flour (healthy fat) 1/4 tsp baking soda, vanilla, salt, 2 eggs (protein) 2 tbs almond milk, 2 tbs melted coconut oil ( I MADE A MISTAKE IN THE VIDEO ITS NOT 1/4 cup it’s 2 TBS) 1/4 cup stevia. bake at 350 for about 16 mins. layer cake & fruit
