Nutritional Info: Makes 8 servings
Protein – 18 g
Carbs – 8 g
Fat – 2 g

Mix:
1 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs
3/4 cup stevia
12 oz fat free cream cheese
12 oz 0% fat plain greek yogurt
2 scoops MTS Vanilla Whey
liquid stevia (optional)

Spray 6″ cake pan
Place parchment paper on top
Pour batter into pan
Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes
Then reduce heat to 200 degrees and cook 50-60 minutes
Refrigerate at a minimum for a few hours, preferably overnight.
Slice into 8 slices
