Chocolate ganache recipe:
60 grams white chocolate
30 grams regular cream / whipping cream
combine the 2 ingredients in a bowl and zap in the microwave at 10 – 15 second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
I let mine sit in the freezer for 10 mins, stirring every so often until it reached a thick, spreadable consistency.
