Jess tackles the age old question… Why can’t we have nachos for dessert? Ingredients and Recipe below:
Preheat oven on Broil (low)
Cut up about 6 vegan flour tortillas into nacho shaped triangles
Spray with Cooking Oil Spray (Trader Joe’s makes a coconut oil one that would be tasty)
Broil “chips” for about 2-4 minutes (Check them constantly!)
Pop it back under the broiler for about 2 more minutes
