– 250g thickened cream
1. Place ingredients in a microwave proof bowl
2. Microwave in 40 second intervals until chocolate and cream have melted
3. Stir until smooth
4. Refrigerate for two hours or until cooled
5. stir/whisk until thick
6. Use in desserts/cake fillings and ENJOY
