Cheesecake de banana com chocolate
Ingredientes
Massa
– 200g de biscoito maisena
– 120g de manteiga
Recheio 1
– 5 bananas nanica maduras
– 4 colheres de sopa de açúcar
Recheio 2
– 1 lata de creme de leite
– 170g de chocolate ao leite
– 170g de chocolate meio amargo
– 200g de cream cheese
– 2 ovos
– 1 envelope de gelatina sem sabor em pó (ou 2 folhas)
– 5 colheres de sopa de água

Preparo
Massa
– Triture o biscoito e misture com a manteiga amolecida até formar uma massa homogênea.
– Pressione a massa sobre o fundo de uma forma de aro removível.
– Asse por 12 minutos.
Recheio
– Leve o açúcar ao fogo, deixando caramelizar. Adicione as bananas caramelizadas até ficarem bem douradas.
Recheio 2
– Bata as claras em neve.
– Adicione as gemas e o cream cheese e continue a bater.
– Dissolva a gelatina em água morna e acrescente aos ovos batidos.
– Derreta os chocolates e o creme de leite reservando um pouco de cada chocolate para decoração.
– Misture os chocolates ao cream cheese e ovos.
Montagem
– Espalhe o doce de banana sobre a massa.
– Cubra a torta com o creme de chocolate.
– Leve ao freezer por aproximadamente 1 hora.
– Decore com o restante dos chocolates picados.

Ingredients
Crust
– 200g graham crackers
– 120g butter
Filling 1
– 5 ripe bananas
– 4 tbsp sugar
Filling 2
– 1 can of cream
– 170g milk chocolate
– 170g bittersweet chocolate
– 200g cream cheese
– 2 eggs
– 1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
– 5 tbsp water
Directions
Crust
– Crumble the crackers and mix in softened butter until it’s smooth.
– Press dough in the bottom of a springform pan.
– Bake it for 12 minutes.
Filling 1
– In a pan, let the sugar melt. Add the bananas and fold them gently, until they are Golden brown.
Filling 2
– Beat egg whites.
– Add yolks and cream cheese and keep beating until smooth.
– Dissolve gelatin in warm water and add it to the mixture.
– Melt chocolate with cream mixing frequently untill it’s smooth.
– Mix chocolate ganache with the cream cheese mixture.
Assembly
– Spread the caramelized banana on the crust.
– Cover the pie with filling 2.
– Place it in the fridge for approximately one hour.
– Decorate cheesecake with chocolate shavings.
