Binignit is a delicious Filipino dessert dish.

3 cups coconut milk.
2 cups water.
1 cup taro roots. diced
1 cup sweet potatoes.
1/2 cup white sugar.
1 cup purple yum
1 cup plantains, diced
1 cup ripe jackfruit, diced
1 1/2 cups tapioca pearls, cooked.

1.) Pour coconut milk and water in a large cooking pot. Let boil
2.) Put in the sweet potatoes , taro roots, and simmer for 5 minutes.
3.) Put in the sugar, then stir, simmer for 2 minutes.
4.) Add the purple yam, plantains, then cook for 2 minutes.
5.) Add the jackfruit and cook for 1 minutes.
6.) Put-in the cooked tapioca pearls then stir. simmer for about 2 minutes.
7.) Turn off heat and transfers to a serving plate. Share and enjoy 🙂
