Best 5 Valentine’s Day treats | Easy Delicious Desserts in 5 Minutes

Recipe 1Marshmallow Flower Bou
Ingredients
2 ½ tsp powdered gelatin
1/3 cup cold water
1 cup sugar
¼ cup cold water
½ vanilla bean pod (seeds only)
pink & yellow food coloring
¼ cup confectioner’s sugar
2 tbsp corn starch
lollipop sticks
hard candy
Let’s get Cooking…
Pour 1/3 cup of cold water into the bowl of an electric mixer and sprinkle the powdered gelatin on top. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Place the sugar and ¼ cup cold water in a small pot and set to medium-high heat. Stir until the sugar has melted. Attach a candy thermometer to the pot and boil the sugar until it reaches 238F. Brush the sides of the pot with a wet pastry brush if sugar crystals stick to the sides.Add the hot sugar to the gelatin and stir the mixture by hand whisking for a few minutes to slightly cool. Then beat with an electric mixer on medium-high speed for 8-10 minutes, until soft peaks form. Then add the vanilla bean seeds and mix well.
Place a small amount of marshmallow mixture in a bowl and dye it yellow. Dye the remaining marshmallow pink. Place both marshmallow mixtures in piping bags fitted with round tips.Generously spray a flower-shaped mold with cooking spray. Pipe yellow into the center of the flowers. Pipe pink around the yellow to make the petals. Set the marshmallows aside for 2-3 hours, until firm. Combine the confectioner’s sugar and corn starch in a small bowl. Gently unmold the marshmallows and dust in the sugar and corn starch mixture. Bounce the marshmallows in a mesh sieve to remove any extra powder. Stick the marshmallows onto lollipop sticks and arrange them in a vase or cute mug filled with hard candy.

Recipe 2 -Edible Love Letters
Ingredients
1 chocolate bar
white chocolate, melted
heart-shaped sprinkles

Using a toothpick, write out a cute note onto the back (flat side) of a chocolate bar with melted white chocolate.
Attach some heart-shaped sprinkles using more melted white chocolate and enjoy!

Recipe 3 -Fluffy Heart Shaped Chocolate Cakes
Ingredients
3 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup sugar (for meringue)
1/2 cup flour
3 tbsp hot water
1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 1/3 tbsp heavy cream
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
7 ounces chocolate for melting
sprinkles and edible decorations

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites in two different bowls.Start making the meringue by beating the egg whites with an electric mixer. Add the sugar in two stages, beating in between. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks.Combine 2 tbsp sugar, vegetable oil and hot water with the egg yolks and beat until ingredients are mixed well. Sift in the flour and mix until well incorporated.Add one big spoonful of meringue into the egg yolk mixture and blend well.Fold in half the meringue until just blended.
Fold in the rest of the meringue and gently mix until ingredients are well incorporated. Line baking pan with parchment paper. Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees F.After the cake has cooled, cut out heart shapes.Combine the cream with the sugar and whip until soft peaks.
Spread some whipped cream between two cakes.
Melt the chocolate until smooth and pour over the cakes. Decorate with sprinkles or your favorite edible decorations.

Recipe 4- Love Shake
Ingredients
500ml cups milk
100ml thickened cream
200g white choc
4 scoops Vanilla Ice cream
1 drop pink food gel (for milk)
2 drops pink food dye (for ganache)
300ml thickened cream (for whipping)
2 cherries
¼ tsp strawberry essence
Love heart sprinkles
300g fresh strawberries (washed with the tops cut off)
Let’s get Cooking…
To make pink ganache add cream and chocolate to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 20 seconds at a time until smooth. Take care not to burn it as it’s only a small amount. Add pink food dye and mix in until the ganache is evenly coloured with no white streaks. Add to a squeeze bottle or zip lock bag and set aside.Add your cream and vanilla extract (optional) to a metal mixing bowl and whip until you reach stiff peaks. Cover and store in the fridge immediatelyAdd milk, ice cream, pink food dye, strawberries and strawberry essence to a blender and blend on high until everything is well combined.
Squeeze some drips of pink ganache around the inside of your serving glass. Add the strawberry milk shake into the glass.
Add your whipped cream into piping bag fitted with a 1M tip and pipe a generous amount on top of your milkshake for you sprinkle with love hearts and add a cherry on top.

Recipe 5 -Teddy Bear Cake
Ingredients
2 cups hot water
6 tbsp powdered instant coffee
1 cup cocoa powder
2 tbsp vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flo
2 cups sugar
