Apple Crunch Recipe
2 cans apple pie filling
2/3 cup sugar
1 box yellow cake mix
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 sticks margarine
I cup chopped pecans (optional but I think it helps make the crunch)
Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the pie filling in a 9×13 dish. Mix the sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the apples. Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the sugar mixture. Cut the margarine into pieces and distribute over the cake mix. Sprinkle pecans over the margarine. Bake I hour.
