1/4 teapsoon of nutmeg + cinnamon
1/4 cup of chia seeds

-TROPICAL OATMEAL INGREDIENTS-
1 cup of oats
2 cups of coconut milk
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
dash of cinnamon
1 passionfruit
TOPPINGS: frozen mango, desiccated coconut, passionfruit

-GREEK CHICKPEAS ON TOAST-
1 tbsp oil
1/2 small onion, finely diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp of smoked paprika
1/2 tsp of cumin, cinnamon and sugar
1/4 tsp of salt
3/4 cup of tinned chopped tomatoes
1 cup of chickpeas
sliced of crusty bread
parsley and olives to serve
